Shipping & Delivery Policy
At DrucillasLove, we take great care to ensure your order is packaged securely and delivered to you as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping information below before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
  • Timeline: All orders process within 3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Weekends/Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays begin processing the next available business day.
  • Peak Seasons: Processing times may be slightly extended during sale events or holidays. We will notify you of any unexpected delays.
Estimated Delivery Times
We aim to deliver your orders within the estimated timeframes below. All delivery estimates are calculated in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank and public holidays).

Tracking Your Order
  • Confirmation: You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order leaves our facility.
  • Updates: Tracking information becomes active once the parcel enters the UK delivery network.

Discreet Packaging
  • Privacy: All orders are dispatched in plain, unmarked packaging.
  • Exterior: There is no indication of the contents or lingerie branding on the outside of the parcel.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please follow these steps:
  1. Check Local: Check with neighbours and your local delivery depot first.
  2. Buffer Time: Allow 5 business days beyond your expected delivery date before reporting it.
  3. Contact Us: Email us to open an official investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
  • Resolution: If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
  • Responsibility: Orders shipped outside the UK may face import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  • Advice: We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order.
Incorrect Delivery Address
  • Accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
  • Corrections: If you spot an error, email us immediately. We will do our best to amend it before dispatch.
