Shipping & Delivery Policy

At DrucillasLove, we take great care to ensure your order is packaged securely and delivered to you as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping information below before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

• Timeline: All orders process within 3 business days of payment confirmation.
• Weekends/Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays begin processing the next available business day.
• Peak Seasons: Processing times may be slightly extended during sale events or holidays. We will notify you of any unexpected delays.

Estimated Delivery Times

We aim to deliver your orders within the estimated timeframes below. All delivery estimates are calculated in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank and public holidays).

For destinations served by our EUROPE 1 shipping zone, standard delivery costs £4.50 and is free on orders of £75 or more. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier volumes.

Tracking Your Order

• Confirmation: You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
• Updates: Tracking information becomes active once the parcel enters the UK delivery network.

Discreet Packaging

• Privacy: All orders are dispatched in plain, unmarked packaging.
• Exterior: There is no indication of the contents or lingerie branding on the outside of the parcel.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please follow these steps:

• Check Local: Check with neighbours and your local delivery depot first.
• Report a Delay: If your expected delivery date has passed or tracking suggests a problem, contact us promptly. You do not need to wait an additional 5 business days to report a missing parcel.
• Contact Us: Email us to open an official investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
• Resolution: We remain responsible for goods during delivery until you, or a person you nominate to receive them, take physical possession. If goods are lost or damaged before delivery, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no cost to you. Your statutory rights are not conditional on the carrier confirming a loss.

Customs processing, carrier disruption or events outside our control may cause delays, but do not remove your statutory rights or our delivery responsibilities. Unless a different delivery period is agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made. If delivery is late, you retain your statutory rights, including the right to set an appropriate additional delivery period and cancel for a refund if we fail to deliver within it. Where an agreed deadline is essential, or we refuse to deliver, you may have the right to cancel without allowing an additional period.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Responsibility: Orders shipped outside the UK may face import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
• Advice: We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order.

Incorrect Delivery Address

• Accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
• Corrections: If you spot an error, email us immediately. We will do our best to amend it before dispatch.
